Hello! I am a volunteer with Isha Foundation, an international nonprofit organization. We conduct yoga and meditation programs in Edmonton. We also offer free yoga and meditation sessions for beginners which are open to all.

We are Bar Open, a multicultural cover/rock band blending raw passion and emotion with our precise and technical style. Our purpose for playing is not only for our love of music alone — we wish to ignite the souls of those we perform for, actively working towards immersing them in the experience.

This Calgary-based music group is a special “limited-time” collaboration of five musicians from Hong Kong: Alex (vocals, guitar, cajón), Kathy (vocals, percussion), Lily (vocals, percussion), Daniel (guitar, cajón), and Kurtis (guitar).
