Global News Feature: Ginza’s Yakisoba Sizzles Ahead of AsiaFest

A big thank you to Global News for having us on air (Sept 6, 2025)! Our talented vendor, Shiba from Delicious Ginza, joined us to showcase an authentic Japanese classic—Yakisoba (Japanese fried noodles). Shiba brought along a full professional setup—stove, pans, and tools—to cook the noodles live on site, filling the studio with that unmistakable sizzling aroma.

Ginza will soon be opening a brand-new location in downtown Edmonton, but before that, they’re joining AsiaFest to test their menu and bring hot, fresh noodles straight from the stove to our community. 🍜🔥
